I had been trying to upgrade my Scoop.It feed after endorsements to a blog. All you have to do is after adding it as a RSS feed:
Go to your profile in Empire Avenue, click on Connections tab, page down and click on Add New RSS Feed / Blog
Populate the form with following information:
Current Blog Title: Scoop.it
Current Displayed URL: http://www.scoop.it/u/secunoid
Current Feed URL: http://www.scoop.it/u/secunoid/topics/followed/rss.xml
Where ever you see secunoid, replace it with your own Scoop.It name.
Once you have five endorsements, click on Request Upgrade To Blog, a prompt will appear to place a piece of code {EAV:16 digit alphanumeric code} in your Scoop.It post.
Go to Scoop.IT, select one of your Curated topics and click Edit under the Manage dropdown, add the code provided by Empire Avenue, {EAV:16 digit alphanumeric code} to the current Title, click Save at the bottom right.
Your Scoop.It RSS feed should be upgraded to a blog in the next 24 hours.
